Refund policy
At Winkoo, your experience is very important to us.
That’s why we’re always happy to help with returns, exchanges or refunds when something isn’t right.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return or exchange.
Return Conditions
Our pyjama sets include markers as part of the creative experience. Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the full set is returned in its original condition:
- Pyjamas must be unused, unworn and uncoloured
- Markers must be unopened and unused
- Items must have tags attached and be in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- If the markers have been opened or used, the return cannot be accepted.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for size or design changes, provided the return conditions above are met.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges due to change of mind (size or design).
To begin a return or exchange, please email us at winkookids@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your request is approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps and provide return instructions. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with details on how and where to send your package.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can assess the issue and make it right.I n these cases, we’ll cover all return shipping costs and offer a replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
